Janine Sollazzo is Senior Vice President of Human Resources at 605. She brings several years of experience in overall human resources strategy, talent acquisition, leadership and talent development to her role.

Janine also has a breadth of experience managing diversity and inclusion, cultural development and compensation and benefits initiatives. At 605, Janine is responsible for human resources functions and leads efforts to create innovative ways to engage all employees while establishing a strong company culture that supports the development of leaders and empowers employees to solve problems. Prior to joining 605, Janine served as the Director of Human Resources for a national pediatric healthcare agency where she led the development and execution of HR and recruiting strategies to improve employee engagement and drive business performance and growth. Janine received a B.A in Sociology and an M.S. in Human Resources Management from Stony Brook University. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional credential holder.
